The Alta Vista Collection
This collection is the result of great care from grape planting to bottling. It is a deep ruby colour with an elegant and complex aroma that is reminiscent of spices, chocolate and dark fruits such as blackberries. The palate is elegant, with silky tannins and a long, intense finish.
Grapes are harvested by hand and the best fruit is selected by hand. The fruit and stem are separated by hand and then transported in stainless steel drums to epoxy cement tanks. Pre-fermentative maceration at 5°C for 3 days. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out by the natural yeast of the fruit itself and lasts 8 to 10 days. The impregnation process is completed at 28℃ for a long time. It is then aged in new French oak barrels for 14 months.
