Alta Vista terroir selected Malbec dry Red wine
Deep purple in color, the aroma is reminiscent of spices and fresh ripe fruit. The palate is fresh with soft tannins and a long finish. The Malbec grapes are selected from the vineyards of the winery according to the characteristics of the vintage, and the best fruits are harvested manually by the winery, and then aged in cement wine tanks. Winemaking begins with cold maceration, followed by alcoholic fermentation. The end of the process is a long maceration at temperatures close to 28°C, allowing the wine to reach its full potential, aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
