Alta Vista Vero dry red blend
The aroma is elegant, with intense red fruit notes. Fresh on the palate, fruity and round with sweet tannins, Wila Blends allow us to rediscover wine, challenge, experience and enjoy the taste journey. After harvest, the fruit and stem are separated from the mill. Some are fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (about 23°C) to increase the aroma, the rest are fermented in traditional cement tanks, after fermentation, soaked for 15 days, and aged in French oak barrels for 6 months to obtain a better body.
